Customer and/or Order information collected includes: Name, Address, E-mail, Phone Number and Confirmation ID of payment via payment processor. 3D Supply Ninja does not collect, process or manage any customer financial data; the processing of orders is handled externally through one of our payment processor partners. (PayPal or Amazon Pay)

3D Supply Ninja utilizes customer supplied data internally only. At no point does, nor will, 3D Supply Ninja provide any 3rd Party company your personal information. Contact form data is used for the sole purpose of resolving a customer inquire and the response to that inquire will be addressed solely to the party listed within the submitted form.
Who we share your data with:
No data is shared to any outside company or 3rd party with a sole exception being the hand off to the payment processor during checkout. 3D Supply Ninja will not provide any other company, advertiser or party with your personal information. 3D Supply Ninja is still bound be legal law, if subpoenaed for customer information, 3D Supply Ninja will work within all legal statutes.
How long we retain your data
Customer account and purchase history information is retained indefinitely. This ensure customer’s have access to their warranty coverages and a place of record for any past purchases.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. If a user requests their account close and terminated purged; we can and will accommodate this request with proper identification proving ownership. Please be aware, if an account is requested to be terminated and purged any and all purchase warranties will become null and void upon date of termination.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
