Getting a Custom Quote:
- Drag and drop your STL file or click the “Upload Model” button.
- Select your Material, Print Quality and infill settings.
- Be patient, once the STL is uploaded and your preferred settings are selected, the system will analyze and process it for accurate pricing. The process may take 30-60 seconds depending the project file size.
What to Expect:
- Typical turn around time for a custom print is between 1-5 business days. This may vary based on model size and order quantity.
- If any models aren’t printable, or have issues after we’ve received your order, we’ll inform you promptly and provide you a resolution path.
- Some prints may have supports to ensure proper print results. The supports are removed after printing prior to shipment.
- Custom prints are non-refundable and printed based on the uploaded STL file(s). Ensure all dimensions, materials and settings are correct prior to order.
