How long do Custom Prints take?
Most custom print orders are processed and started within 48 hours of payment.
Your estimated ship date is based on the 48-hour processing period plus the estimated print time of the project. Once printing is complete, your order will typically be prepared and shipped the following business day.
Example:
If your project has an estimated print time of 32 hours, you can generally expect it to ship within approximately 4 business days:
- 2 business days for printing
- 2 business days for order processing
Please keep in mind that these are estimated turnaround times. Larger or more complex prints may require additional time. We take pride in producing quality prints and appreciate your patience while we make your order.
What file formats do you accept?
To ensure your file can be successfully uploaded and processed, STL files must be 18 MB or smaller.
We currently accept and process STL files only. If your project uses a different file format, please contact us through our “Contact Us” page before submitting your order.
We’ll be happy to discuss your project and determine whether we can accommodate your file format or help identify the best way to prepare your design for printing.
How long are my files retained?
We personally review every file before it is sent to print to help ensure the best possible results. If we identify any issues or recommend adjustments, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
For your convenience, submitted files are securely retained for one year, making it easy to reorder previous prints without having to upload your files again. After one year, your files are automatically and permanently deleted from our system.
Your privacy and intellectual property are important to us. Your STL files are never shared, distributed, sold, or provided to third parties. You retain all applicable rights and ownership of your files at all times.
Is the Quote Price Final?
Our Custom Quote Tool is designed to provide an accurate estimate upfront, helping you understand the expected cost of your project without unexpected price increases.
While we make every effort to honor the price provided by the Custom Quote Tool, occasionally we may identify an issue with a file or print that requires additional attention. If this happens, we will always contact you before proceeding and clearly explain the situation.
If an adjustment is necessary, we’ll provide you with options for moving your project forward. If you decide not to proceed, you will receive a full refund.
